About the project

We managed and analyzed data from a variety of social sources to create an in-depth, balanced view of how the company was performing, while monitoring public perception of both the strategy and the competition.

What we did

To do this, we monitored online conversations, analyzing how well brand communication pushed through official social media channels. We also built a structured methodology to identify useful KPIs and analysis approaches based on client objectives.

The results

The social media listening project allows us to gain meaningful insights into brand reception on social media. Social activities can now be driven 100% by audience feedback and results – and with access to real-time data, teams can modify and improve social media marketing activities at speed.
