About the project

We needed to raise customer awareness across all communication channels and increase the ROI the client received on digital initiatives whilst also increasing click throughs and conversions.

What we did

We created a single customer vision, through which it was easier to identify brand awareness and work to increase it. We did this by implementing fully integrated CDP tools that developed a multi-channel, customer-centric path for all digital initiatives. This drove creation of new, efficient brand awareness initiatives, automated with real-time CRM data and behavioral feedback.

The results

Implementing CDP tools increased campaign ROI and improved Click Through Rate on both email newsletters and push notifications. There was a measurable improvement in customer lifetime value alongside this.
